The JRTOnline e-commerce facility is available to current and new credit account customers.
JRTOnline is here to help you.

We want you to be able to find up-to-date product pricing via the Shopping area, Top 20 Sellers or the latest Specials.

You can check on Your Orders placed both online or at a branch, and place orders for delivery or pickup. Additionally, you can also look at Your Account details and keep us up-to-date with any changes.

In the Shopping section:
  • Using the Search function, Advanced Search or the Top 20 Sellers and Specials you will have a list of products displayed with your pricing.
  • Products can be added to the shopping cart at any time.
  • You can View Cart contents, change quantities or delete items and then place the order by going to the Checkout.
  • If you have regular product lists for different jobs, you can save them as a Shopping List and then recall them whenever you need.
  • Please note that some products have a minimun order quantity


In the Orders area you can look at orders that you have placed both via the internet and
also at any branch. For quick access, you can use the Search tab in this area for
any Sales Order number that we give you. Additionally,
  • Open Orders will show you any orders that are still outstanding.
  • You can also view all Delivered Orders.
  • If you don't wish an order to be filled you can request to Cancel an Order.
  • For special projects you can Request a Quote.
  • And also view Outstanding Quotes.


You can also view your Account information. For quick access, you can use the
Search tab in this area for Invoice numbers. Or,
  • You can look at your Account Balance.
  • Invoice History will show details of all invoices.
  • Check your Account Details and change them if they are incorrect.
  • Add or delete Delivery Addresses we have for your account.
  • Importantly, change your Password regularly.

As a valuable account customer, you can enjoy our new JRTOnline service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
